OUR VALUES
At Eli’s Delight Scones, we use Italian flour because of its purity and quality. Unlike much of the flour produced in America, Italian flour is minimally processed which means it keeps more of its fiber and other nutrients and is produced without harsh chemicals or bleaching agents. It’s also made from Soft White Wheat, which is naturally easier to digest compared to Hard Red Wheat found in the U.S.
