SERVINGS: 1
Ingredients-
1/2 cup milk (oat milk, almond milk, etc,)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 a frozen banana
A handful kale
1 scoop vanilla protein powder*
Directions-
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Any blender will work, but since this recipe makes 1 serving, a mini Ninja Blender is a great option.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass if needed, serve, and enjoy!
Notes-
I recommend Intek Evolution Vanilla Protein Powder. (I purchase mine directly from the store as itās not available on Amazon)
If using a different protein powder, follow the serving size recommended on the label. Some powders suggest 2 scoops, while others may only require 1.
For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of plain Greek yogurt! šŖ
