Servings: 12
(Makes 12-14 balls)
Ingredients-
2 cups peanut butter*
3 Tbs honey*
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 scoops protein powder*
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup oats
Directions-
Mix together the first 6 ingredients (until the chia seeds) in a medium sized bowl. Fold in craisins and chocolate chips with a spatula, then add in granola and oats.
Line a 9” x 9” glass pan with parchment paper. Roll the dough into 12 - 14 balls depending on the size. Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
Notes-
I perfer crunchy peanut butter, as it gives a better texture. However, any peanut butter will work.
You can substitute the honey with agave or maple syrup.
For the protein powder, use the serving size on the back of your jar. Every protein powder is different.
