Golden Glow Wellness Latte Recipe ✨☕️



SERVINGS: 1

Ingredients:


• 1 Nespresso Vivida Pod*


• ½ - 1 Tbsp honey*


• ½ tsp mushroom blend powder*


• ⅛ tsp vanilla extract


• 6 oz oat milk*


• Sprinkle of ground cinnamon (optional)


Directions:


1. Brew your espresso according to your machine’s instructions.


2. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.


3. Add the mushroom powder and mix well until no clumps remain.


4. Pour in the vanilla extract and stir.


5. For a hot latte: Steam the oat milk, then slowly pour it into the coffee.

For an iced latte: Use cold oat milk and serve over ice.

(Tip: Adjust the milk amount to your preference—use less for a stronger coffee or more for a lighter taste.)


6. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!


Notes:


• I used the Nespresso Vivida pod for an added boost of Vitamin B12, but any 7-8 oz espresso will work.


• Adjust the honey to your desired sweetness.


• I used a Super Mushroom Blend powder from my local grocery store (pictured above). Any mushroom powder works, just check that it’s suitable for drinks.


• Any milk or milk substitute will work, but I highly recommend oat milk for the best taste and texture.
