Cookie Dough Cheesecake Dip Recipe


Servings: around 10



Ingredients-


1 stick (8 Tbs) butter

1 stick (8 oz) cream cheese

3/4 cup powder sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbs heavy cream

1/8 tsp baking soda*

3/4 cup chocolate chips*



Directions-


In a medium sized bowl, whip together the butter and cream cheese. Slowly stir in the powder sugar and brown sugar. Add in the vanilla extract, heavy cream and baking soda. Fold in the chocolate chips. Serve with fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers if desired.

Notes-


  • The baking soda really gives it that cookie dough flavor, so don't leave it out! :)

  • I like to substitute the chocolate chips for espresso chips, or sprinkles for a different flavor.

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
